MY FEAR OF FLYING

It was not less than decade that I stopped taking travels through flights. The reason was my fear of flying which ultimately caused anxiety attacks. Still I knew that there are many who avoid taking flights and I also considered it a phobia of taking flights. But I never want anyone to call me childish and this is why I researched a lot to overcome my fear of flying. Some of the ways which you can adopt which will help you to remain as calm as pilot.
Evaluate your phobia

Still if you are suffering from some anxiety attacks then its better to find the causes and the ways to overcome them so that the anxiety is not turned into a phobia.
Phobia is reversible but it takes more time. When you feel frightened you should know what is causing it. It might be some kind of panic which is developing inside you and it is characterized when you start getting uncomfortable when you reach airport.
